Frequently Asked Questions
The Parent Hope Project is different to other parenting programs as it uses family systems ideas to help you regain confidence in your parenting. It does not tell you techniques to parent by, rather provides principles to help you as a parent manage yourself, taking a worried focus off your child to support their wellbeing and mental health.
A principles focus means the courses apply to all child age groups, from babies through to young adults.
Each session of the faith-based version concludes with a short reflection of a relevant bible verse, and the workbook has reflection questions linked to the verse. You are able to skip this part if needed depending on your audience. The courses are otherwise exactly the same.
